Curbside Pickup

Please be advised we highly recommend contactless curb-side pickup at this time due to thte rise in the number of Covid-19 cases locally, however we are open for in-store purchases as well should you wish to speak to a respresentative in person.

Here’s how the process Curb-Side Pickup Order process works:

STEP 1:  SELECT YOUR PRODUCTS - Go to, select what you would like to order and add it to your cart (for B2G1 of AV E-Liquid please remember to add the 3rd bottle, it will be discounted automatically) then go to CHECKOUT. If you need help please email us at or message us on Facebook. For any special instructions on your order (for example extra menthol or a different ratio than listed on the website) place those details in the order notes upon checkout.

STEP 2: DELIVERY METHOD - If you'd like a curbside pickup select the 'Pick up' tab under 'Delivery Method' and then select the store. If you'd like it mailed out via Canada Post please choose the 'Ship' option instead.
    STEP 3: PAYMENT - Select either credit card or email money transfer. Instructions for EMT will be provided, then review and place your order.
      STEP 4: PROCESSING - Once you place the order on the website, we get an instant notification and start working on it as soon as we are able to. Once it’s ready to go you’ll receive a notification email letting you know that your order is ready to be picked up. We’ll give you a call a few hours later if you don’t call us, just in case you didn’t see the email.
        STEP 5: ARRIVAL - When you arrive in our parking lot, call us (1-888-975-4538 - Ext. 1 for 860 Topsail Rd. / 2 for Stavanger Dr.) to let us know that you are outside. PLEASE STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE. If the call drops then that location is already on a call, please try your call again in a minute or two. We’ll be outside as soon as we can with your order. Emails and Facebook messages letting us know you are outside waiting may not be seen immediately.
          STEP 6: AGE VERIFICATION - The person who placed the order, who paid for it, and who is picking up the order must be age verified as 19+. Ideally all 3 will be the same to make it easier. When you arrive at our parking lot, we ask you to keep your window all the way up, place your ID against the window, and we will match it with the name of the person who placed the order, and ensure that you are 19+. If you cannot provide ID we will not release your order. No exceptions!
            STEP 7: DROP OFF - Once we give you a thumbs up, pop your trunk and we will place the order inside, or we will place it on top of the vehicle on the driver side so you can easily put down your window and retrieve it once we are more than 6 feet away.

              If you have any further questions regarding our Contactless Curbside Pickup, we ask that you email us ( or Facebook message us ( in order to keep our phone lines clear for customers that are calling to notify us that they are outside to pick up their order. If either of those options doesn’t suit your needs, don’t hesitate to pick up the phone and give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you, but please be advised we cannot tie up the phone lines for long in order to accommodate those who want to notify us they are outside ready to pick up their order.
